Casual Hospitality Manager

Location: Falmer, Brighton and Hove

Join the team at a football stadium for the 2026/27 season, focusing on kitchen expediting during matchdays and major events. This hands-on role offers flexible working patterns, including evening and weekend shifts on both matchdays and non-matchdays. You will lead service flow and act as the vital link between kitchen and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Lead kitchen expediting during live service on matchdays and events
- Coordinate closely with chefs and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and timing
- Troubleshoot service issues quickly and calmly
- Support briefing, team organisation, and service standards
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are followed

Requirements:
- Proven hospitality management experience, ideally in high-volume or events environments
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and expediting
- Confident, calm leader who performs well under pressure
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Availability to commit to all matchdays throughout the season starting September 2026
