Hospitality Team Leader

Location: Falmer, Brighton and Hove

This role involves leading a small team within premium hospitality suites at a leading football stadium for the upcoming 2026/27 season. You will work both matchdays and non-matchdays, which includes a variety of evening and weekend shifts beginning in September 2026. It is an ideal position for a polished hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering guest-focused service.

Duties:
- Presenting award-winning food to guests at the table
- Welcoming guests and taking orders
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering the optimal client service experience
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Helping answer questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverage choices

Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, ideally within premium or food-led environments
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong attention to detail and high personal presentation standards
- Confident leading and motivating a small team in a fast-paced setting
- Availability to commit to the majority of matches throughout the season
