Bar Staff

Location: Falmer, Brighton and Hove, BN1 9BL

Recruiting Bar Staff for the 2026/27 Football Season at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club stadium. The role involves working matchdays and non-matchdays in a bustling hospitality environment, with shift patterns including evening and weekend hours.

Duties:
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and responsibly
- Operate tills and handle payments accurately
- Re-stock bar products, glassware, and consumables throughout service
- Support with queue management and customer flow during peak periods
- Ensure all customers receive a friendly, welcoming, and professional experience
- Report any issues, incidents, or stock shortages to supervisors or management
- Follow all company health & safety procedures and venue standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy bar environment
- 18 years of age or over
- Confidence serving beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks
- Good knowledge of allergen compliance
- Availability to commit to the majority of matches throughout the season starting September 2026
