HOSPITALITY EVENTS WEEKEND EVENING

Location: Falmer, Brighton and Hove, BN1 9BL

Join the team at Brighton & Hove FC for the 2026/27 Football Season. This role offers the opportunity to work both matchdays and non-matchdays in a fast-paced hospitality and event environment, which includes evening and weekend shifts.

Duties:
- Prepare, cook, and present food to company and venue standards
- Take responsibility for a designated kitchen section during service
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
- Follow all allergen and food safety procedures correctly
- Ensure temperature checks and due diligence records are completed accurately
- Work closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role
- Experience working within fast-paced hospitality, catering, or event environments
- Good understanding of food safety and allergen procedures
- Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification preferred
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and event days
