Hospitality Staff

Location: Falmer, Brighton and Hove, BN1 9BL

Join the hospitality team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2026/27 Football Season. This role offers flexible working patterns across both matchdays and non-matchday events, which includes evening and weekend shifts as Bar Staff, Food Runners, or Plate Waiters.

Duties:
- Presenting award winning food to guests at the table
- Welcoming guests and taking orders
- Delivering optimal client service experiences
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner
- Answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverage choices

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Friendly yet professional demeanor
- Team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
- Good attention to detail and punctuality
- Previous experience within hospitality
- Flexible “can do” attitude and ability to multi-task
