Kitchen Porter

Location: Falmer, Brighton and Hove, BN1 9BL

Join the team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2026/27 Football Season. You will support busy kitchen operations within a fast-paced hospitality and event environment during matchdays and non-matchdays. This role involves flexible working patterns, including evening and weekend shifts.

Duties:
- Wash and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Ensure all cleaning schedules and hygiene standards are followed
- Dispose of waste correctly and support recycling procedures where required
- Keep floors, surfaces, and workstations clean and hazard-free
- Support with kitchen setup and close-down procedures
- Follow all company food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures

Requirements:
- Previous kitchen porter or cleaning experience desirable but not essential
- Hardworking and reliable attitude
- Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment
- Strong understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and event days
