Tesco Colleague

Location: Hove Superstore, Brighton and Hove

This is a temporary colleague role requiring 16.5 hours per week. The availability window for this position is Sunday through Saturday, from 15:00 to 24:00, with contracted hours scheduled within these times.

Duties:
- Serving customers with passion and pride and providing great natural service
- Working across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas
- Putting training into practice to work safely and effectively
- Delivering store routines that meet customer needs at the right time
- Taking part in seasonal, community, and charity events
- Handling products with care to maintain quality and condition

Requirements:
- A passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile
- Ability to build rapport with customers to ensure a great shopping trip
- Initiative to make decisions that are right for customers
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly
- Must be over 18 as the role involves working after 9:45 pm
