Night Supermarket Assistant

Location: Nevill Road, Brighton and Hove, East Sussex, BN3 7BZ

As a Supermarket Assistant, you will provide Partner-led service to customers while ensuring the shop operation runs efficiently. This role involves working between 15 to 30 hours per week, with shifts scheduled across seven days between the times of 21:00 and 07:30.

Duties:
- Stock replenishment to ensure shelves remain full and products are correctly placed.
- Fulfilling online customer orders ready for delivery.
- Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and marking down items near their sell-by date.
- Supporting the wider shop team with checkout support and managing Click & Collect orders.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or over due to working time regulations.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with a team and customers.
- A flexible approach to support the whole branch.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed but not essential.
