As a Hospitality Host at a Barchester care home, you will help to create a stimulating and welcoming environment for residents. You will provide a friendly, engaging, and helpful service in the dining room and bar areas to enhance the lives of all residents.
Duties:
- Provide friendly, engaging and helpful service in the dining room and bar areas
- Help create a stimulating and welcoming environment for residents and their families
- Assist with hospitality for internal events and social gatherings
- Engage regularly with residents to provide support and ensure a high standard of service
Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 18 due to the service of alcohol
- Personable and caring nature with a genuine interest in engaging with residents
- Experience in a similar hospitality or care setting is ideal but not essential
- Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
