Maintenance Technician

Location: Moda, Hove Central, Brighton

Moda is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage onsite maintenance for their Hove Central location, covering communal parts, amenities, and external areas. You will deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring the property is safe, clean, and fully functional for all residents.

Duties:
- Perform reactive and proactive maintenance tasks including minor joinery, plumbing, and painting.
- Manage waste services, bin rotations, and maintain cleaning standards through jet washing and litter picking.
- Ensure health and safety compliance by removing trip hazards and reporting faults.
- Prepare apartments for resident move-in/out processes and set up amenities for events.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and report tasks using provided property management systems.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential property, hospitality, or the private rental sector.
- Multi-skilled tradesperson with experience in painting, decorating, and general maintenance.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Willingness to use property management software and support team goals.
