Multifunctional Sales Associate

Location: Churchill Sq. , Brighton

Joining the team at Churchill Sq. SC, you will be responsible for ensuring the best customer experience and contributing to store sales. This is a 12-hour per week fixed-term contract where flexibility is required. The role involves multitasking across sales, cashier, and stockroom operations.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional service to customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Actively contribute to increasing store sales by engaging with customers and recommending products.
- Efficiently handle cashier responsibilities, processing transactions and managing returns.
- Assist in stockroom operations, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
- Uphold Mango's image and service standards through consistent professional delivery.
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and highlight key features.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to support business objectives.
