Location: The Ivy In The Lanes, Brighton

The Chef de Partie will oversee a specific section of the kitchen and work closely with the prep team to ensure daily par levels are met. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis and includes a guaranteed minimum contract of 20 hours per week.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards
- Set up and stock assigned sections with necessary supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate closely with prep chefs to monitor inventory and ensure correct par levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas while adhering to food safety
- Follow instructions from Senior Management to ensure consistency in every dish

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and learning
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and basic culinary techniques
