Location: American Express Stadium, Village Way, Brighton BN1 9BL

You will meet and assist supporters who may need assistance or direction on matchdays, acting as a visible presence within wheelchair areas for the duration of the game. Applicants must be available to work all home matches for the 26/27 season, including Premier League, cup, and friendly fixtures. Working hours extend through to the final whistle, meaning the role is not suitable for season ticket holders.

Duties:
- Meet supporters who may need assistance or direction on matchdays
- Maintain a visible presence within wheelchair areas for the duration of the match
- Assist fans and visitors with general queries
- Carry out general administration duties as required

Requirements:
- Proven background in customer service with a genuine love for helping others
- Excellent communication skills and ability to champion club values
- Full availability to work all home match days throughout the season
- Commitment to professional excellence and making a positive impact
