As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example and support your team to ensure service runs like clockwork and every dish served meets high standards. This is a part-time permanent role within a community pub environment where you will act as a central hub for the local crew.
Duties:
- Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
- Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to guarantee the safety of the team and visitors.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during busy service periods.
Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and pull together as a team.
- A passion for delivering tasty and well-presented meals to customers.
- Capability to be a role model to the team by maintaining high standards.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy service.
