Sales assistant

You will be the heart and soul of the customer experience, welcoming sport enthusiasts and guiding them through products across in-store and online channels. The role involves working a contracted 24-hour week in a dynamic retail environment, which includes working weekends and holidays.

Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing tailored product and service solutions
- Connect with customers across all channels to understand their needs and guide them towards the best solutions
- Present various products and services including new items, used gear, rentals, and subscriptions
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure physical and digital availability of products
- Design and maintain customer-friendly store layouts that are accessible and safe
- Support commitment to sustainability through responsible waste management and promoting eco-friendly practices
