Team Member 2

Location: Brighton

Oliver Bonas is seeking a part-time Team Member to join their Brighton store. This role consists of 16 hours per week, with a regular shift schedule of Monday (6 hours), Saturday (4 hours), and Sunday (6 hours). You will work closely with your team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for customers and keep the store operating efficiently.

Duties:

• Provide a great experience to every customer
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and communication with the team
• Participate in all training opportunities and take ownership of daily tasks
• Adhere to operational procedures including stock deliveries, health and safety, and replenishment
• Maintain high housekeeping standards throughout the shop floor and stockroom
• Support other stores when needed and maintain awareness of store sales targets
