Supervisor

Location: 36 Ship St, Brighton BN1 1AB, UK

Trading Post Coffee Roasters is looking for a passionate Supervisor to help run their busy Ship Street Coffee House on a day-to-day basis. You will support the management team in delivering an amazing guest experience, leading the front-of-house team with energy, and driving sales. This role offers excellent progression plans and employee discounts across their venues.

Duties:

• Support the management team in the running of a high-volume and fast-paced coffee house
• Embody and possess a full understanding of the Trading Post hospitality standards and key points of service
• Deliver great hospitality with huge personality within the hospitality standards framework
• Actively support the front-of-house team and communicate effectively with the back-of-house team
• Support in the development, recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, communication, time-management, and prioritisation skills
• Ability to use initiative to problem solve and work well under pressure
• Previous experience as a Supervisor, especially in a busy hospitality environment
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
