Home Delivery Driver

Location: Portslade, East Sussex

We are searching for a Home Delivery Driver to join the Iceland team. In this role, you will be delivering shopping and connecting directly with customers as the face of the company. Shift patterns can vary flexibly between 6am and 11pm, and you will be expected to keep active, work independently, and manage your time efficiently.

Duties:

• Ensure safe van loading procedures are followed (heavy lifting and manual handling)
• Always adhere to safe driving practices
• Complete van checks
• Ensure food arrives to the customer in the best condition
• Provide excellent customer service
• Lend a hand in store when required
• Work independently and manage time efficiently

Requirements:

• Full driving license held for at least 3 years and with no more than 6 points
• Positive, friendly, and passionate about providing a good customer experience
• Punctual and able to work well to deadlines
• Strong awareness of road safety
