The Grand Central is an iconic Brighton pub looking for a Supervisor to bring personality and energy to the team. You will lead upbeat shifts ranging from lively sports days and busy evenings to private function parties. Candidates must have full availability for England World Cup games and a passion for great hospitality.
Duties:
- Run upbeat and lively shifts
- Keep team spirits high and guests happy
- Assist in training and guiding new team members
- Deliver engaging customer service and team leadership
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Passion for fresh food, great wines, and hospitality
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
- Full availability for World Cup England games
