Bar staff

Location: The Bright Helm, Brighton

We are looking for fun, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join our hard-working bar team. No previous experience is needed, as structured on-the-job training is provided. This role offers great flexibility with shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and late finishes.

Duties:

• Taking orders, preparing, dispensing, and serving drinks to the correct specification
• Delivering food to customers, ensuring check-backs are completed, and clearing plates
• Providing friendly customer interactions and building rapport
• Maintaining clean-as-you-go standards, including wiping surfaces and toilet checks
• Working in all areas, including glass-washing, restocking fridges, and floor clearing

Requirements:

• A good attitude, willingness to learn, and a calm head under pressure
• Reliability, friendliness, and a love for working as part of a team
