The Flour Pot Bakery is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to provide outstanding service, prepare high-quality beverages, and maintain a welcoming shop environment. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers feel valued
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee-based drinks
• Operate espresso machines and coffee-making equipment
• Assist customers with menu choices and bakery recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house areas
• Process transactions using the POS system
• Assist with stock management and display case restocking
• Collaborate with the team and adhere to food safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience preferred but not essential; training provided
• Passion for coffee and baked goods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Knowledge of coffee techniques and food safety is a plus
