This role involves working as hospitality staff at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club for the 2026/27 season. The position requires availability for both matchdays and non-matchdays (events), which includes a variety of evening and weekend shifts.
Duties:
- Presenting food to guests at the table
- Welcoming guests and taking orders
- Delivering customer service and ensuring satisfaction
- Serving guests in a friendly, efficient manner
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverages
