Receptionist

Location: Brighton

We are searching for a charismatic Receptionist to join our dynamic and supportive team in one of the UK’s most-loved restaurant brands. You will play a key role in welcoming guests to our Brighton location, ensuring they receive outstanding hospitality. This role offers a guaranteed minimum contract of 20 hours per week.

Duties:

• Ensure guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave
• Offer information to guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer
• Relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately

Requirements:

• Ability to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with professionalism
• Excellent English language skills
• Confidence in dealing with guest and team member needs
