Tesco Colleague Nights

Location: Shoreham By Sea, Brighton and Hove, UK

Being a colleague in one of our stores means that you will help to serve our shoppers better every day. This permanent night role offers 22.5 hours per week, with shifts scheduled within availability windows on Sundays (22:00-07:00), Thursdays (23:00-05:45), Fridays (22:00-07:00), and Saturdays (22:00-07:00). You will work with a specialist, diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:

• Serving customers with passion, pride, and great natural service.
• Working across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas where required.
• Putting training into practice to work safely, effectively, and serve customers brilliantly.
• Delivering store routines that meet the needs of customers at the right time.
• Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Accepting deliveries into the store when required.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age to apply for this role.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• The ability to build rapport with customers and communicate openly with others.
• Work well within a team to build team spirit and celebrate success.
