This role involves delivering an exceptional customer service experience by identifying customer needs and recommending tailored Apple products and services. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Duties:

• Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs and presenting relevant products.
• Stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, and sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing product knowledge and assisting with sales opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow operational guidance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate company values in daily activities.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
