Matchday Experience Assistant

Location: American Express Stadium, Brighton

This role involves engaging directly with supporters to manage activities and elevate the matchday experience. You will work home matches for the 26/27 season, including Premier League, Cup, and Europa Conference League fixtures.

Duties:

• Set up flags and circle banners
• Ensure fan activities are prepped and ready for action
• Manage the flow of people on busy matchdays

Requirements:

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
