Supervisor

Location: Unit 63 Churchill Square, Brighton, England BN1 2TB, United Kingdom

As a Supervisor at Pandora, you will oversee the running of the busy sales floor, motivate and coach your team of sales assistants, and ensure customers enjoy a personalized shopping experience. You will take ownership of daily store operations and lead by example to hit personal KPIs and sales targets. This permanent position requires 32 hours per week, with shifts scheduled across Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Duties:

• Hold daily team briefs, sharing store's KPIs, and motivate the team to beat them
• Drive exceptional service on the sales floor and monitor sales performance
• Build relationships with customers, resolve queries, and hit personal sales targets
• Act as a key holder, cash up, and reconcile till systems
• Assist with administrative duties, product deliveries, and visual merchandising

Requirements:

• Prior retail supervisor or senior sales assistant experience preferred
• Proven experience in driving sales, profitability, and exemplary customer service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coach a high-performing team
• Highly adaptable, flexible, and confident in a fast-paced retail environment
• Positive attitude with a passion for Pandora products and core values
