We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a Supervisor, helping to manage daily operations and support the management team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, leading the front-of-house team, and engaging staff to meet goals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong 'we're all in this together' attitude, with shifts that support the efficient day-to-day running of the coffee house.

Duties:

  • Support the management team in the running of a high-volume and fast-paced coffee house
  • Embody and possess a full understanding of the Trading Post hospitality standards
  • Consistently deliver great hospitality with huge personality
  • Actively support a busy front-of-house team and communicate effectively with the back-of-house
  • Support in the development, training, recruitment, and onboarding of team members
  • Be the face of positivity and motivate the team to deliver their best
  • Display a smart and professional appearance

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Drive for continuous development and improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use initiative to problem solve and work well under pressure
  • Dedicated team-player with an 'all in this together' attitude
  • Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor in a busy environment is beneficial
