We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team as a Supervisor, helping to manage daily operations and support the management team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, leading the front-of-house team, and engaging staff to meet goals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong 'we're all in this together' attitude, with shifts that support the efficient day-to-day running of the coffee house.
Duties:
- Support the management team in the running of a high-volume and fast-paced coffee house
- Embody and possess a full understanding of the Trading Post hospitality standards
- Consistently deliver great hospitality with huge personality
- Actively support a busy front-of-house team and communicate effectively with the back-of-house
- Support in the development, training, recruitment, and onboarding of team members
- Be the face of positivity and motivate the team to deliver their best
- Display a smart and professional appearance
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills
- Drive for continuous development and improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use initiative to problem solve and work well under pressure
- Dedicated team-player with an 'all in this together' attitude
- Excellent time-management and prioritisation skills
- Previous experience as a Supervisor in a busy environment is beneficial
