This role at St Peter’s Medical Centre involves identifying and booking patients for chronic disease reviews to streamline annual appointments and reduce practice presentations. The position operates under flexible working arrangements and job share opportunities are welcomed by the practice. You will join an administration team dedicated to clinical excellence and patient-focused care.
Duties:
- Identify patients who have opted in or out of scheduled care protocols
- Use Mjog to identify patient responses to recall messages
- Book patients with appropriate clinicians to ensure medication reviews are completed by their birth month
- Respond to long-term condition check queries and direct to clinicians as needed
- Use AccuRx and SystmOne messaging platforms for scheduled care
- Raise blood forms via ICE using the Long Term Condition Ardens template
- Perform audit work and liaise with Operations and Data Quality Managers
Requirements:
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Professional, approachable, and compassionate manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
