We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor at our Brighton Accessorize Store. This role is perfect for a customer-focused individual with a passion for fashion and a drive to create exceptional customer experiences within an ethical brand.

Duties:
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver excellence in customer service.
- Generate profit through exceeding store KPIs and performance targets.
- Support the management team in maximizing commercial opportunities and implementing Visual Merchandising.
- Promote and deliver piercing services to customers while ensuring an inclusive environment.

Requirements:
- Experience within a supervisor or key holding role.
- Proven track record in delivering excellence in customer service personally and through a team.
- Strong communication skills and a solution-driven approach with a sense of ownership.
