Online Doctor

Location: Remote

This is a flexible weekend-only role for an experienced Independent Prescribing Pharmacist or Nurse to join the Boots Online Doctor team. You will provide expert care and advice, helping patients access healthcare from home in a supportive, innovative environment.

Duties:
- Undertake online consultations and prescribe when appropriate
- Follow strict guidelines for prescribing
- Use secure IT platform for all patient interactions
- Undertake video or telephone consultations when needed
- Attend training events and clinical meetings
- Maintain your own skills and CPD

Requirements:
- Registration with GPhC or NMC
- Independent Prescribing Qualification
- Experience of consulting with patients and making independent decisions
- Ability to make decisions promptly and know when to ask for help
- A can-do attitude and commitment to improving services
- Flexible team player with a start-up mentality
