Supervisor

Location: 1/Ditchling Road, Brighton and Hove, BN1 6JT

The Flour Pot Bakery is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supervisor to support daily operations at their Fiveways café. You will lead the team by example, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring high standards of food safety and cleanliness in a positive environment.

Duties:
- Support the General and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations
- Supervise, motivate, and train front-of-house team members
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Handle opening and closing duties including cash reconciliation

Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a café, bakery, or hospitality role
- Proven floor service experience is essential
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
