Evolve Work and Learning Coach

Location: Brighton, England, United Kingdom

As a Work and Learning coach, you will provide 1:1 coaching support to residents in Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services to help them achieve and sustain their work, learning, and volunteering aspirations. This is a fixed-term role within a supportive charity environment focused on community, compassion, and empowerment.

Duties:
- Provide 1:1 coaching support for up to 12 weeks to residents
- Help clients pursue and achieve work, learning, and volunteering goals
- Tailor coaching timeframes to meet individual client needs and circumstances
- Work collaboratively within Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services in the city

Requirements:
- Ability to work 24 hours per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (9 am – 5 pm)
- Commitment to the organization's mission and values of community and compassion
- Participation in a comprehensive induction and training package
- Ability to work in an office-based environment in Brighton
