ADMIN EVENTS FLEXIBLE WEEKEND

Location: Richard Cairns Building, Brighton College, Brighton

Brighton College is seeking to appoint a Performing Arts Coordinator and Assistant to support the smooth running of its flagship Performing Arts Centre and School of Music. This fast-paced role involves coordinating spaces, schedules, and administrative processes as a key member of the Performing Arts Management Team. It is an ideal position for those seeking a flexible working pattern or with a strong interest in arts administration.

Duties:
- Lead diary planning and calendar coordination for Performing Arts and AV requirements.
- Oversee room bookings and usage for the Cairns Theatre, studios, and other arts spaces.
- Provide administrative support to management including procurement, finance, and expense claims.
- Assist with technical production schedules and provide hands-on support during production weeks.
- Manage front-of-house operations, ticketing, and duty management shifts for college events.

Requirements:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with experience in diary or event management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in IT, specifically Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak production periods.
