Senior Supervisor

The Flour Pot Bakery is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Supervisor to support the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring high-quality service. This role requires a hands-on leader to maintain a positive work environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a beloved community hub.

Duties:
- Assist with daily operations of the floor and counter to ensure efficient service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Support inventory management, ordering, and supplier coordination.
- Train, guide, and supervise front-of-house staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in reviewing sales reports and supporting strategies to increase profitability.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
