Join the Conference and Banqueting team at the DoubleTree Brighton Metropole Hotel. You will facilitate the running of events and banquets, ensuring a high standard of service for guests in a positive and inclusive environment.

Duties:
- Setting up and facilitating the running of banquets and events.
- Ensuring perfect knowledge of all room set ups.
- Serving refreshments to guests.
- Keeping all areas clean and hazard free.
- Working shifts flexibly.

Requirements:
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Excellent grooming standards.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work on your own or in teams.
