Bartender

Location: Brighton i360, Brighton beachfront.

This is a high-energy bartending role located at Brighton's iconic i360 venue on the seafront. You will be responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and high-quality service across premium bars and event spaces in one of the city's most exciting destinations.

Duties:
- Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard
- Delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment
- Creating a fun, energetic atmosphere behind the bar
- Working confidently during busy services and events
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and bar standards
- Supporting the wider team across the venue when needed
- Following licensing, health & safety and compliance procedures

Requirements:
- Experience working in busy bars, restaurants or hospitality venues
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communication and people skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
- Energy, personality and a passion for hospitality
