The Ivy represents elegance and culinary excellence as an iconic destination for fine dining. As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will ensure dish quality and prep levels while mentoring junior chefs in a forward-thinking kitchen.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Set up and stock assigned sections with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Collaborate with prep chefs to monitor inventory and par levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to food safety.
- Follow instructions from Senior Management to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and learning.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety practices, and culinary techniques.
- In-depth understanding of Food Safety and all kitchen sections.
