Location: The Post & Telegraph, Brighton

We're looking for fun, enthusiastic, passionate people to join our hard-working teams. The role offers great flexibility with shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes, with both guaranteed and variable-hours contracts available.

Duties:
- taking orders, preparing, dispensing and serving drinks to the correct spec
- delivering food to customers and clearing plates within the required timeframe
- providing friendly customer interactions and building rapport
- being knowledgeable about promotions, events and new products
- maintaining 'clean as you go' standards, including clearing tables and wiping surfaces
- working in all areas, including glass-washing, restocking fridges and floor clearing

Requirements:
- No experience is needed
- A good attitude and a willingness to learn
- A calm head under pressure
- Reliable, friendly and love working as part of a team
