Bartender

Location: Brighton

A charismatic Bartender role at The Ivy Asia Brighton, where Asian flavours meet theatrical elegance. This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with a guaranteed minimum contract of 20 hours.

Duties:
- Welcoming customers and taking drinks orders
- Making recommendations and preparing/serving exquisite drinks
- Handling financial transactions and supervising barbacks
- Staying up to date with drink legislation, food safety, and hygiene best practices
