Retail Consultant

Location: Brighton

Aesop is seeking a Retail Consultant for a 3-month fixed-term contract in Brighton. This position is part-time, working 24 hours per week on-site with a requirement for flexible availability. You will welcome and guide customers to products that address their needs while delivering an exceptional and inclusive customer experience.

Duties:
- Engage, listen, and guide customers to relevant products
- Welcome customers into the store and deepen their experience of the products
- Demonstrate products that address customer needs to contribute to commercial success
- Participate in and contribute to the team environment

Requirements:
- Experience operating within a customer service role or environment
- Effective selling skills and the ability to drive commercial outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to utilize empathy and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of skincare, hair care, fragrance, or home categories is advantageous
