As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofas and home furnishings. The role involves a reliable 20-hour schedule within store hours of 10am-8pm on weekdays, 10am-6pm on Saturdays, and 10am-5pm on Sundays, including some weekend work to hit peak trading times.

Duties:
- Build natural connections with customers and deliver expert advice.
- Confidently recommend products and demonstrate expertise to guide the buying journey.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through honest advice and customer service.
- Maintain a stunning showroom environment to ensure a consistent customer journey.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing tips and supporting a fun work environment.
