Casual Night Receptionist

Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, Brighton, East Sussex

Join the team on a casual contract with the flexibility to choose night shifts that suit your availability. This role involves providing night-hour reception services, including check-ins, check-outs, and completing audits to ensure an exceptional guest experience while working flexibly during night hours.

Duties:
- Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out, and complete audit procedures
- Ensure that both the Night Manager and Night Reception Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback
- Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
- Handle foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
- Assist other departments as necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- Flexibility to work night shifts
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Competent level of IT proficiency
- Excellent grooming standards
