RETAIL WEEKEND

Location: Brighton

Team OB is looking for an approachable and resourceful Team Member to join their Brighton store. This role involves working 32 hours per week on a schedule consisting of Mon (8), Tue (8), Wed (8), and Sun (8) to provide a fantastic customer experience and ensure smooth store operations.

Duties:
- Provide a great experience to every customer
- Maintain excellent product knowledge
- Have strong, consistent communication with the team
- Participate in all training opportunities and contribute to team sessions
- Embrace ownership of tasks and set a good example for the team
- Adhere to all operational practices including stock deliveries, health and safety, and replenishment
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the store
- Support other stores where needed
- Maintain an awareness of the store’s sales targets and performance
- Be aware of store and company product best-sellers to support sales growth
