Loss Prevention Officer

Location: 36-37 North Street, Brighton, BN1 1EB

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will provide a visible and friendly presence at store entrances to deter loss and ensure safety. You will work within a fast-paced retail environment, focusing on conflict resolution and supporting the store team to maintain product security.

Duties:
- Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, and approachable presence at entrance doors.
- Focus on deterring loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
- Work closely with the store team to maintain security of products.
- Deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.

Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, retail environment, or security guard role is ideal but not essential.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to make a difference.
- Natural ability to communicate effectively.
