Delivery Driver & Supermarket Assistant

Location: Nevill Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 7BZ

As a Customer Delivery Driver and Supermarket Assistant, you will deliver Waitrose produce directly to customers and support the shop team with stock replenishment and housekeeping. This part-time role involves varied hours across seven days, including early starts, late finishes, evenings, and weekends. Any time worked between 22:00 and 06:00 attracts an additional Night Premium of £3.75 per hour.

Duties:
- Checking delivery routes for the day
- Loading and preparing the van for deliveries ensuring all orders are together
- Completing vehicle safety checks and maintaining road compliance and health and safety
- Acting as a brand ambassador while providing excellent customer service
- Helping customers with their shopping and building rapport based on trust
- Supporting the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Great customer service and time management skills
- Physically able to lift crates and move cages
- Comfortable working independently and being self-motivated
- IT literate
