Location: Western Road, Brighton

Join the Tesco team at the Western Road store in Brighton as a Colleague, helping to serve shoppers better every day. This is a temporary role with contracted hours of 24.00 per week. Shift availability is required on Sundays (16:00 to 23:00), Tuesdays (14:00 to 23:00), and Saturdays (11:00 to 19:00). You will work across service, picking, and replenishment areas in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greeting and serving customers with passion, pride, and natural service.
- Working across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
- Following training to work safely, effectively, and deliver excellent service.
- Handling products with care to maintain quality, reduce waste, and drive sales.
- Accepting deliveries into the store when required.

Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age to apply.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport and smile.
- Team player with open communication and initiative to make right decisions.
- Punctuality, neat presentation, and readiness to act as a brand ambassador.
