Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking enthusiastic Tour Guides to lead visitors through the American Express Stadium and its foundation tours. The role is hourly paid at £13.45 per hour with zero set hours, offering flexible scheduling. Guides will share the club’s rich history and engage with diverse audiences.
Duties:
- Lead public and private tours of the American Express Stadium and BHAFC Foundation.
- Provide insightful commentary on the stadium’s construction, uses, and club history.
- Engage with supporters, answer questions, and ensure an unforgettable experience.
- Maintain safety standards and adhere to club policies during tours.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak confidently to large groups and diverse audiences.
- Strong capacity to absorb, understand, and convey complex information.
- Passion for football and club history.
