Sales Assistant

Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales KPIs using the ‘Every Moment Matters’ model.
- Build rapport with customers, provide personalised jewellery recommendations, and foster loyalty.
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing product knowledge and curating selections.
- Support store operations including stock deliveries, shop floor standards, and transaction processing.
