Shift Lead

Location: Brighton, East Sussex

As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in managing the store, supporting teams, and ensuring customer needs are met. This position operates on a permanent contract with a schedule of 36.75 hours per week, featuring shifts that range from an earliest start time of 6am to a latest finish time of 10pm.

Duties:

• Manage store operations and support the store team
• Act as a keyholder for the premises
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Motivate colleagues and drive store energy
• Make autonomous decisions to benefit the customer
